In this episode I had the pleasure of chatting with Amber Hawken and Brett Robinson. These two individuals have an infectious passion for enabling people to achieve their biggest potential and for each of us to be the most optimised human being we can be, and together they have founded Calm Mind Co. Created to shape conscious leaders and shift cultures using mindfulness, meditation and mindset, by first beginning with the individual and then rippling out into the collective.
Amber is a powerhouse With a Diploma of Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, she is also a qualified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner, Deep State Re-Patterning Therapist and a Meditation Teacher.
Brett, has consulted as a Performance Coach & therapist at Olympic Level, Various AFL, NRL & ARU teams and many other athletes. Brett says that he used to be addicted to human performance, now he’s addicted to human behaviour, coaching CEO’s and high performing business owners and entrepreneurs on mindset, emotional intelligence, nutrition, breathing, gut health and so much more!
In this episode our conversation delves into the impact our physical, mental & emotional capacity can have on enabling us to live optimally, the transformational effect of leading with a calm mind on our business’s and the impact of dissolving the separation that can exist so we can bring our whole self to work.
